Welcome @olga! I suggest you start with Neuroscience: Exploring the Brain by Mark F. Bear, Barry W. Connors and Michael A. Paradiso. That was my favorite introductory neuroscience book. It goes into enough detail to keep you on your toes and explains it clearly enough to learn at a nice pace. Another great intro book is Neuroscience, 5th Edition by Dale Purves, George J. Augustine, David Fitzpatrick and William C. Hall. I’m sure either is a great place to start. Hope to read more from you soon.
In reply to - olga posted an update in the group Neuroscience Students: hello! Are there any recomended books on neuroscience that I can read as a part of self teaching. I already have a first degree on biology so I have some very basic knowledge of the field. · View -

Welcome to the AI group. I’ll keep my eyes open for models relevant to studying circadian clock oscillations. I found this old one after a little search http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/freeabs_all.jsp?arnumber=900464 . Welcome aboard!
In reply to - Giovana Dantas posted an update in the group A.I. – Artificial Intelligence: Hello, I am thinking in a computational model for cicadian clock oscillation, but I never worked with this kind of aproach. I always had worked with animal models. I need some help. Thank you in advance. · View -
